Animal Assisted Therapy

Animals have the power to calm us down, help us stay positive, and make us feel good. Animal-assisted therapy uses animals to help people grow emotionally, decrease mild anxiety, change their thinking, and have a better outlook on life.

Here at the life coaching academy, dogs are our coaching partners. They help our clients to relax and to feel safe and secure in the helping environment. Dogs have a way to understand human emotions and react to that emotions in a positive way. And dogs are fun and never in a bad mood.
